Camp
Ellowi.

BACKGROUND:

Camp Ellowi
has served the children of Dallas since the 1940s.
Over the years, thousands of children have participated in
Camp Fires weekend camping programs and summer day camps.
Now serving over 7,000 children each year, the
council hopes to provide every one of its members with at
least one camping experience at Camp Ellowi.

The lessons that children learn in camp simply cannot be
taught in the classroom, says Tim James, Executive
Director of the Lone Star Council. We appreciate WB33s
support of our mission to build caring, confident youth and
future leaders.
