Omega Day Camp
Chi Omega
Day Camp is a week-long camping experience for economically disadvantaged
children at Camp Ellowi in Cedar Hill.
Camping
activities include nature activities, swimming, canoeing and archery (for youth ages 8 and
older), arts and crafts, sports and games, outdoor cooking and so much
more.
All
activities are directed by professional staff, trained adult volunteers
and members of the Lone Star Council’s Teens in Action program.
Various
foundations, corporations and civic groups fund these camps.
