A donation of $591.20 will provide one adult to receive personal job training and resume development through the Vickery Meadows Workforce Development Project.

$291.00 will give one child Academic Enrichment for 3 hours a week during the school year, allowing him or her to expand their academic skills and excel in school.

$174.50 will cover the costs required to run one Teens In Action program, site for one week, thus allowing teens the chance to develop their leadership skills in a safe and fun environment.

A donation of $51.80 will pay for one child to attend Kids Club for week, allowing their parents a chance to work, look for work or go to school with a peace of mind that their children are safe.

A donation of $18.90 will provide one child the opportunity to attend one day of summer camp at Camp Ellowi, thus giving them the chance to play, experience and learn in a natural, wooded, outdoor classroom.

Every day, over 100,000 children and youth are at
home alone during the after-school hours. With your support, Camp
Fire USA Lone Star Council will provide almost 5,000 of these
children, youth and their families with fun, enriching activities
in a safe and encouraging environment.
Please consider a gift of:

$5 to provide a
month of after-school programming for a child living in a
low-income apartment community.

$50 to provide 3
months of positive programming aimed to prevent youth from
becoming involved with substance abuse.

$80 to provide a
month of job skills training and leadership and character
development to an 18-21 year old who is facing multiple barriers
to employment.

$100 to provide 10
children in an after-school program with academic enrichment
assistance once a week.
Your tax-deductible contribution can be made in support of a specific
program or towards any of the following:

Operating
Support, which provides free youth development programs to over
5,000 children, youth and their families each year.

Campership
Funds,
which provides an
outdoor education to children from low-income families. One week of
day camp costs $95.

Capital
Contributions, towards the redevelopment of Camp
Ellowi.
